I, Nik, was just another student attending online classes, chatting with fellow learners during live sessions. What started as casual conversations quickly sparked the idea of creating a study group on Telegram. And so, with a few like-minded individuals, our group was born.
This group didn’t just stay a study space. It became a close-knit community, a family. Yet, the name "Phamily" didn’t come from nowhere. It was our teacher’s way of addressing us, and since we admired him so much and felt this group had become more than just friends, we decided to call it "Phamily" in his honor.
People completed their courses, got jobs, and moved on, but the group kept evolving. New faces joined, and our study group gradually transformed into a vibrant community, discussing everything under the sun. Sure, we had our ups and downs, even broke up a few times, but every time, we came back stronger, regrouping as "Another Phamily."
We outgrew Telegram’s limitations, so on August 18th, 2024, we made the big move to Discord. We set everything up, launched this website, and here we are – still the same Phamily, just with a new home and waiting for you to join us.
