Guidelines.

A few shared rules to keep the Phamily safe, welcoming, and fun for every good human who joins.

By joining the server, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Nicknames and identity

  • Use your real name or a nickname you use in real life. Default or gamified usernames are not allowed.
  • Staff may assign a server nickname after you join. Reach out if you need it changed.

Respect and inclusivity

  • Be kind. Abuse, personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or derogatory comments are not tolerated.
  • Casteism and discrimination of any kind are strictly prohibited. We are here to build a Phamily, not divide one.
  • Do not post NSFW, explicit, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate messages, media, or links.

Keep the vibe positive

  • Avoid spam, flooding chats, or unnecessary links. Use channels for their intended topics and move off-topic conversations when asked.
  • Respect moderators and admins. Their decisions are made to keep the community running smoothly; constructive feedback is always welcome.
  • If you see a problem, contact staff rather than escalating it in public chat.

Privacy and personal safety

  • Never share someone else’s personal information without their consent. Doxxing is not allowed.
  • Respect boundaries in chat and DMs. Do not pressure, harass, or repeatedly message someone who has asked for space.
  • Do not impersonate members, staff, or other communities.

Activity, events, and bots

  • Members who are inactive for an extended period may be removed to keep the community engaged.
  • Join events, discussions, and activities at your own pace—and help make them welcoming for others.
  • Do not invite or use bots without staff approval. Please respect the server’s roles and automation systems.

Warnings, bans, and appeals

  • Depending on the situation, staff may issue a warning, remove content, mute, kick, or ban a member. Serious misconduct can result in an immediate ban.
  • If you believe an action was unfair, you can appeal by emailing nikgraphx@gmail.com or messaging Nik directly. We will listen, while prioritizing the community’s well-being.
  • Discord’s platform-wide Community Guidelines also apply to everyone in the server.
